Navigating Logistical Challenges
Situated in a busy Central London location, the project required careful planning to minimise disruption to residents and businesses. With 50 residential units and two commercial tenants (Tesco and Nando’s) remaining occupied, we worked closely with the building management company and store managers to coordinate noisy works, maintain safe customer access, and facilitate deliveries. Additionally, due to the building’s proximity to a rail network, we secured a BAPA agreement before commencing works.
We used Fieldview QA software to verify the new installation, ensuring a ‘golden thread’ of quality assurance and safety documentation upon completion.
