Thomas Sinden are currently on site replacing the combustible elements of the external façade with suitable non-combustible elements at CityView Apartments in Kensal Rise.
The works include, but are not limited to, the removal and reinstatement of copper cladding (Circa 1,880m2), the replacement of High Pressure Laminate (Circa 570m2) and timber cladding panels (Circa 160m2), insulation elements, and fire barriers. The removal, storage and subsequent reinstatement of existing Architectural Metalwork to facilitate the works.
City View is an 8-storey mixed-use building providing commercial and residential accommodation, with car parking at basement level, and a roof terrace on the eighth floor. The building consists of 46 Residential Units and 2No. commercial units on the ground floor occupied by retailers Tesco and Nandos. The building will remain in occupation throughout.
