Helping to make homes safer, our experienced teams are working with expert Consultants and Supply Chain members to deliver safe buildings.
We are signatories to the ‘Building a Safer Future Charter’ and are actively striving to drive step change improvement in how our industry delivers projects, which also extends down through our Consultant and Subcontractor supply chains.
We have extensive experience with working with our approved Temporary Design Engineers to develop scaffolding and hoisting solutions, particularly on sites which involve restricted access, party wall issues, mixed tenancies and oversailing responsibilities.
The majority of our schemes are funded through the Government Building Safety Fund and we have worked collaboratively with building owners, managers and their design consultants to ensure funding requirements are met including providing support where additional funding has been required as a result of items that have only become apparent after the works have commenced.
We work closely with Fire Safety Consultants and Building Safety accredited organisations to ensure that all documentary evidence and proof of installation is provided to support the EWS1 certification process as well as liaising with tenants through our resident support team.
