Building Remediation Scheme
Thomas Sinden have been appointed to replace the combustible elements of the external façade with suitable non-combustible materials at the Arc Tower, Ealing.
Arc Tower is a part 21 storey and part 18 storey building, comprising two conjoined towers with a single level of basement car parking. The works include but are not limited to the removal of photo voltaic panels and replacement of ACM cladding panels, mesh panels, insulation elements and fire barriers.
Funding for the recladding works is being supported by the Government Building Safety fund.
Andrew Instance, Construction Director of Thomas Sinden said, “We are delighted to be involved in this project and recognise the significance this work will have for the residents, who will remain in occupation during the works. Safety of the residents during the works will be our primary focus.’’
