Thomas Sinden were appointed as Principal Contractor to undertake the conversion of an existing Grade II* listed building into three 3 bed houses.  The development also included the construction of five stunning new 2 bed homes built to a high quality specification and the conversion of a detached barn into a 2 bed house.

Two of the buildings dating back to 1550 are Grade II* listed and were in a state of severe disrepair.  We consulted with local conservation officers and planners to ensure that the work was carried out to the highest standards whilst preserving the historic fabric and architectural features.  Having undergone sympathetic restoration, the houses now offer spectacular accommodation.  Attention to detail can be found throughout every home and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms are complemented by Quartz work surfaces and Karndean flooring.

Constraints: Tight site located around a courtyard setting.
