62 New Affordable Homes in Rotherhithe

Nestled in the heart of Southwark, the St Olaves development, delivered for Peabody, brings 62 high-quality new homes to a previously underutilised site.

The scheme comprises two contemporary residential blocks, Building A (4–5 storeys) and Building B (3–4 storeys), arranged around a beautifully landscaped courtyard with play areas and a dedicated bike store. Offering a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes, the development was delivered using BIM Level 2 processes to ensure the highest standards of design and construction.

Sustainability is a key feature of the scheme, with a green roof, solar panels, and extensive planting integrated as part of the Section 106 agreement. These elements contribute to a healthier, more sustainable environment while enhancing the overall appeal of the development.
