Thomas Sinden (TSL) were appointed to deliver 54 new homes at Ravensbury Estate on behalf of Clarion Housing, taking over after the original contractor entered administration. This project forms part of Clarion’s £1 billion Merton Regeneration Project, aimed at transforming the local area.
The development comprises 23 houses and 31 apartments, thoughtfully designed to provide high-quality, functional living spaces. With a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom properties, each home benefits from its own private garden, terrace, or balcony – supporting modern living and wellbeing.
As part of the wider regeneration, existing residents were temporarily relocated and are now returning to their new homes, ensuring continuity and helping to preserve a strong sense of community.
