Infill plot pilot scheme
This exciting scheme was part of a pilot for a Local Authority client who were seeking to create sustainable homes within restricted inner London sites using infill plots that are built to the highest possible quality. These flats will be used as a benchmark for the construction of similar flats throughout the regeneration of the Church Street and Paddington areas.
Design Features
Special design features include concrete structure, Sotech Optima interlocking plank cladding, naturally anodised, green living wall and Alpine metal curtain decorative mesh.
Local labour
Whilst undertaking this scheme we supported the Paddington Development Trust (PDT), a registered charity and community based not for profit regeneration company delivering social and economic innovation. PDT provides employment opportunities for local residents. Under this scheme we employed a site administrator and two labourers.
