Thomas Sinden were appointed to deliver window replacement, roof repairs and restoration of Grade II* listed Langley Park mansion, which was originally constructed in 1755.
Having been vacant for over a decade the newly refurbished building provides five-star hotel accommodation comprising 17 en-suite bedrooms together with an additional twenty-one bedrooms in the nearby clockhouse.
Our works consisted of a variety of elements including:
- Lead and Slate roofing replacement
- Repair and replacement of existing structural timbers
- Replacement roof lights and roof glazing to the main house and winter garden
Sustainability initiatives include the recycling of materials such as lead and slate.
