Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest non-acute trusts in the UK, caring for people with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.

Thomas Sinden were appointed on to the Central and North West London Minor Works 5 Year Framework Agreement to deliver ongoing refurbishment, remodelling and maintenance of the Trust’s estate across multiple sites.

Example schemes we have delivered under the framework include:-

  • Kingswood Centre – internal refurbishment and modifications to the Kingswood Centre.  The centre specialises in assessing and treating people with learning disabilities, who have mental health issues or challenging behaviour.
  • Praed Street – refurbishment works to upgrade facilities at a GP Surgery.
  • Rosedale Court – internal refurbishment to an in-patient rehabilitation unit, providing care and support for people who have complex mental health problems.
  • Rosedale Court Phase 2 – refurbishment works which include stripping out of finishes, fixtures and fittings.  Structural alterations including breaking out of ground slab, and masonry walls.  Upgrading of electrical and mechanical services, new floor and decorative paint finishes.

Having completed a 5 year term, we are delighted that we have recently received confirmation that we are to be reappointed onto this Framework for a further 3 year period.
