We are delighted to have recently completed Weston House for Brent Council. We were appointed under a design and build contract to demolish the existing garages and create a four storey building comprising 14 affordable self-contained flats. In addition we have built a new community centre, a substation with associated car and cycle parking, bin stores and landscaping. The new building has energy efficiency measures including a well-insulated building fabric, high levels of air tightness and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
We are delighted to deliver these brand new affordable homes to Brent Council. Due to the location of the scheme in an already occupied estate, we made sure that local residents were updated regularly about the progress on site through newsletters and evening meetings.
