Two new Framework Appointments

Thomas Sinden are delighted to have secured a place on both the Network Homes and South East Consortium framework agreements.

Network Homes Contractor Framework

We have been appointed on to both Lot 1 with project values up to £5m, and Lot 2 for projects ranging from £4.5m up to £25m.

The four year framework will principally cover new mixed tenure residential developments.  The tenure mix on individual projects will vary, but may include affordable rent, shared ownership, private sale and market rent.

South East Consortium Framework

We are also appointed to the South East Consortium framework for the design and construction of new affordable housing and the refurbishment of existing housing stock in the South East of England.

The framework will run over 4 years and deliver schemes up to a value of £3m.
