We are pleased to share that Thomas Sinden has been awarded the contract to build 27 new homes and a wheelchair accessible communal garden at Fenwick Place for Lambeth Council.

This marks the second phase of the rebuilding of Fenwick Estate, which is part of a wider regeneration scheme. Our team has been working closely with stakeholders to overcome various site and design challenges, including value engineering options to ensure the project can be delivered within the client’s allocated budget.

We are proud to have been selected to deliver this important project, and we look forward to collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a sustainable, high-quality development.

Graeme Sinden, Managing Director said “At Thomas Sinden, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction projects that exceed our clients’ expectations.
