Thomas Sinden is appointed to four lots on the London Construction Programme Major Works Framework

Thomas Sinden has been appointed to four lots on Haringey Council’s London Construction Programme Major Works Framework.

The company has been successful in the Education and Leisure lot; Housing and Residential for projects between £5 million and £10 million; Heritage and Historical for projects £1 million plus and Highway and Public Realm for projects £1 million plus.

The framework is available for use by local authorities and other public sector organisations, within London and the home counties, for construction projects ranging from £1m to more than £20m for a period of five years. The London Construction Programme (LCP) was established in 2012 and as recently expanded it’s portfolio to include both a Minor Works and Professional Services Dynamic Purchasing System creating a one stop shop for Construction Procurement.
