Fostering Local Talent

Thomas Sinden has welcomed a fantastic addition to our Fenwick Place project in Lambeth. We’re proud to have Khris Morgan, a resident of the estate, who recently joined our team as a Traffic Marshall.?

Khris has quickly become an invaluable member of our site team, showcasing a positive and personable nature in his role as the first point of contact for visitors and the public. His dedication is evident in his commitment to obtaining the necessary qualifications for the role, and he has seamlessly integrated into our operations.

In Khris’s words: “I would like to thank Thomas Sinden for giving me the opportunity. This is my first job on a construction site, and everyone has been welcoming and supportive. The job can be challenging, but I strive to keep disruption to a minimum. I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the community and be part of the regeneration of the Fenwick Estate.”

At Thomas Sinden, we are not only committed to delivering high-quality construction projects but also to engaging with the local community and offering meaningful employment opportunities. Khris’s role is crucial in maintaining a strong connection between Thomas Sinden and the Fenwick Estate residents, and we’re delighted to have him on board. As we continue our work on behalf of Homes for Lambeth, constructing 27 new homes on Fenwick Place, we are also exploring additional training opportunities for Khris to support his professional development.
