We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project, 67-69 Croydon Road, on behalf of Clarion Housing Group.

This project involved the design and build of 48 apartments, alongside a brand-new Lidl supermarket, set over a 2.5 storey basement car park in Caterham.

The apartments range from one to three bedrooms, offering comfortable and contemporary living spaces for individuals and families alike, providing much-needed affordable housing within the Tandridge District Council area.

Lidl are about to commence the specialised fit-out of the retail unit on the ground floor, and the local community will be able to enjoy their new supermarket later this year.

Andrew Instance, Construction Director of Thomas Sinden, said, “We’re delighted to have worked alongside Clarion Housing Group, Gleeds and calfordseaden on this project. It’s truly rewarding to see this once derelict site transformed into quality affordable housing and a new retail store, encouraging more footfall to the high street. Congratulations to the entire team for their dedication and hard work in making this project a resounding success!

With the site being in tight location, we were imposed with various traffic constraints. We extend our thanks to the local residents of Caterham for their patience and understanding throughout the construction process. Your support has been invaluable.”
