Handover Achieved at St Olaves, Rotherhithe

We’re proud to announce the successful handover of St Olaves, Rotherhithe.

Delivered for Peabody, the scheme provides 62 new affordable homes, transforming a historic site dating back to 1746, previously a workhouse, infirmary, and hospital. The development comprises two contemporary residential blocks arranged around a landscaped courtyard with play areas and a bike store, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes.

Sustainability was central to the project, with a biodiverse roof, solar panels, and extensive planting creating a healthier, more attractive environment for residents. The homes were delivered using BIM Level 2 processes, ensuring the highest standards of design and construction.
