Thomas Sinden Appointed to the Guinness Building Remediation Framework

Supporting safer, stronger buildings across the UK

We are pleased to announce that Thomas Sinden has been awarded a place on the Guinness Trust Building Remediation Framework.

The Guinness Partnership is one of the largest providers of affordable housing and care services in England. The framework, administered by ProcurePublic, is open to all UK public sector authorities.

It is designed to deliver both planned and reactive remediation projects across residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring the highest standards of building safety, quality, and compliance.

Scope of works includes:

Fire Safety & Prevention: cladding replacement, fire doors, detection and suppression systems

Structural Remediation: frame repairs, strengthening, and foundation improvements

Envelope & External Works: façade repairs, roof and balcony refurbishments, windows and doors

Internal Building Safety: lift upgrades, ventilation and smoke extraction, M&E compliance works

Compliance & Specialist Surveys: fire risk assessments, intrusive investigations
