Thomas Sinden Appointed to The Hyde Group Main Contractor Framework

Thomas Sinden is proud to announce our successful appointment to The Hyde Group Main Contractor Framework, covering the following lots:

Lot 1: East (under £20M)

Lot 2: East (above £20M)

Lot 3: South (under £20M)

Lot 4: South (above £20M)

Lot 5: London (under £20M)

Lot 6: London (above £20M)

We look forward to collaborating with Hyde Group to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing. The framework runs for five years, with a possible two-year extension, providing Hyde and its partners with access to a flexible supply chain for new build, regeneration, and refurbishment programmes.

This appointment reinforces Thomas Sinden’s commitment to excellence and innovation in delivering housing solutions across the East, South, and London regions.
