Sutton Life Centre Refurbishment Shortlisted for ‘Project of the Year – South’ at the National Project Excellence Awards 2025

We’re thrilled to announce that our refurbishment project at the Sutton Life Centre has been shortlisted for the Project of the Year – South at the National Project Excellence Awards 2025!

Appointed by the London Borough of Sutton via the Procure Partnerships Framework, this project aims to repurpose and refurbish the existing building into a purpose-built SEND college for up to 77 students.

This recognition celebrates the impactful work being done across the UK to enhance communities through innovative and sustainable projects.

A big thank you to our dedicated team and supply chain partners who have contributed to this project. Winners will be announced this September.
