Thomas Sinden were appointed as Main Contractor to undertake the fit out of a two storey shell to provide a wellbeing clinic. Provisions include therapy rooms, group rooms, offices, pre and post natal maternity care and advice facilities, kitchens and various ancillary spaces.
The fit out included formation of a balcony, installation of windows, curtain walling and doors to the rear elevation onto a winter garden, internal walls/partitions, glazed screens, ceilings and floor finishes, balustrades to the balcony and staircase, fitted furniture to kitchens and the reception area, sanitary appliances as well as a full mechanical and electrical installation, above ground drainage and external works to the winter garden courtyard.
From the outset our client had a strict deadline for the completion of these works. Our dedicated team worked in partnership with Shoreditch Trust to create a robust programme to ensure that the project was completed on time and ready for use on time.
