Smart working environment
Reconfiguration of traditional office accommodation at River Park House and Alexandra House to create new ‘smart working’ environments to achieve greater integration of services and more flexible ways of working.
River Park House and Alexandra House are located adjacent to each other on the corner of Wood Green High Road and Station Road opposite Wood Green Underground Station. The buildings are used primarily as office accommodation for Council staff to deliver a range of services, with parts of the building leased to the NHS.
The works comprised complete refurbishment and remodelling of the interior and construction of a sheltered connection between River Park House and Alexandra House.
All works were undertaken whilst the building remained occupied.
