Refurbishment

With much of our work in the education and housing sectors, we have the expertise to deliver large, complex refurbishment projects with the minimum of disruption.

We are particularly experienced in the field of sustainable regeneration, and have strong ties with a number of local authorities and housing associations. These improvement projects are often part of governmental long-term strategies, or may be to bring buildings in line with DDA policy.

We have completed a wide range of refurbishment schemes with diverse budgets, from £50k primary schools refurbishment works through to £6 million estate regeneration schemes.

The conditions under which many of these projects are undertaken require the utmost care and organisational skill since a good many are completed on live sites.

It is our approach to this area of health and safety, particularly on sites frequented by young children and the general public, which continues to earn us widespread praise and make us the contractor of choice.
