Design & Build

As a company we acknowledge the need to be flexible, we can therefore undertake new build projects through either the traditional form of contract or through design and build route.

We have our own in-house design and build coordinator who works with our client teams in design development, cost control and achieving project goals prior to construction commencement. We also have excellent, long-standing relationships with highly skilled design teams whom we consider to be an extension of our organisation; to our client we are regarded as one seamless team. As the single point of responsibility, our clients are freed from having to co-ordinate the work of many different parties. Instead, they can confidently rely on us to be accountable for quality, cost and time.

Through both routes we will endeavour to ensure that projects are completed on time and to standards and specifications set to us by our clients.
