We have extensive experience of working in the social housing sector for both local authorities and housing associations.

These works have included new build residential schemes, internal decent homes works and extensive external works such as roofing, brick repairs, cladding and mechanical & electrical works.

Our experience and long history of housing refurbishment projects has continually proven to us that the cornerstone of a successful contract is open, positive and effective liaison between ourselves and the occupier seeking to maintain their home.  We instil this belief into all our project staff and to reinforce it we employ designated Resident Liaison Officers to undertake these duties.
