Thomas Sinden have recently handed over much-needed affordable new homes for rent for Hightown Housing Association.
The new development in Swallowdale Lane, Hemel Hempstead includes 87 one-and-two bedroom flats for affordable and intermediate rent, comprising 3 4-storey blocks and 1 9-storey block complete with car parking, a children’s play area and external works.
The scheme was Part funded by the Homes & Communities Agency and Dacorum Borough Council.
