Thomas Sinden were appointed to deliver the design and build of a new and vibrant Health Clinic providing the very best facilities and care for Central and North West NHS Foundation Trust.
The project included the full strip out of three floors of an existing office building including all existing services at 44 Wicklow Steet near Kings Cross, London and re-fit to form clinical and ancillary areas.
The building has been refurbished to meet current standards where integrated sexual health care is provided for contraception and other sexual health issues. The centre has been purpose-designed to deliver quality care in an area of London which has a diverse population and high need.
Delivered in under 20 weeks, the works were carried out whilst one floor remained in occupation as offices for an existing tenant. The centre was officially opened by HRH Prince Philip.
