Thomas Sinden have commenced works on the roof repairs and restoration of Grade II* listed Langley Park mansion, which was originally constructed in 1755.
Having been vacant for over a decade the newly refurbished building will provide 5* hotel accommodation comprising 17 en-suite bedrooms together with an additional twenty-one bedrooms in the nearby clockhouse.
Our works consisted of a variety of elements including:
- Lead and Slate roofing replacement
- Repair and replacement of existing structural timbers

Sustainability initiatives include the recycling of materials such as lead and slate.
