Extension to existing office building
Construction of a three storey steel frame office block extension to the existing Electoral Reform Services premises, providing an additional 750m2 of office space, together with minor alterations to the existing buildings.
The structural steel frame was constructed on pad foundations, with precast concrete floor slabs, encased in a cladding and curtain walling envelope.
The Electoral Reform Services site remained fully operational during the construction period.
