Under a design and build contract Cecil Court, in London Road, Enfield, has been converted into 42 one and two bed flats.  The works also included structural alterations, window replacement and external fabric repairs over a 55-week period.

The conversion from office to residential use was made possible thanks to permitted development rights, relaxation of planning legislation introduced to kick-start the building of new housing.

In order to assist in the marketing of the properties a two bedroom show flat was created and finished in advance of completion of the main works.  External and internal access routes were also programmed to complete at the same time to allow proper and safe access by prospective buyers.
