Thomas Sinden secures slot on The Connected Partnership Framework

Thomas Sinden has been appointed to Lot 1 of The Connected Partnership Construction Framework, for projects with a value of £4.5 million up to £12 million.

The Connected Partnership, which is made up of Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherds Bush Housing Group, delivers new build and refurbished projects in North and West London and the Home Counties. With an existing portfolio of 16,000 homes, Connected Partnership has secured contractors to its two lot framework to continue its significant annual development programme.

Established in 2005 to meet the new challenges of developing affordable housing in the south east of England, Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. Connected also produce care schemes and some community, retail and commercial buildings. In addition, Connected delivers regeneration schemes.
