Thomas Sinden have been appointed by Peabody to deliver a new £18m residential scheme on the former St Olave’s House Nursing Home site in Rotherhithe, London SE16.

Designed by Stockwool Architects, the project will deliver 62 new homes including affordable housing. The homes will provide much needed high-quality housing, in what is currently an unused site in a prime Southwark location.

The development will consist of two blocks with varying heights Building A – Part 4/Part 5, Building B – Part 3/ Part 4 storey building fronting on to Ann Moss Way, with associated landscaping works. The two blocks will contain 21 x one-bedroom, 25 x two-bedroom and 16 x three-bedroom units.

The scheme is due to commence on site this Summer and will be delivered using full BIM Level 2 processes.
