Thomas Sinden goes Nuclear!

Thomas Sinden have been appointed as a Contractor partner on a 2 year framework agreement with Magnox Ltd at Bradwell Power Station, Essex.

Bradwell stands on a 20 hectare site, one and a half miles from the Essex Coastline. Its Magnox reactor was one of the first generation nuclear power stations built in the UK. From first producing electricity in 1962, Bradwell stopped producing and began it’s decommission in 2002.

The Framework will involve us carrying out various civil works at the Bradwell Nuclear Power Station to support the sites entry into care and maintenance.

We look forward to working collaboratively with Magnox and other members of the Framework.
