RESIDENT LIAISION OFFICER
Location: Greater London
Salary: Competitive
Job Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Description of Role
An experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is required for a temporary 6 month period. The RLO will be required to liaise between the Client, Site Project Team and Residents verbally and in writing in order to progress required works with minimum disruption to residents while endeavouring to maintain steady workflow. The RLO will primarily be site-based and may be required to fulfil duties concurrently on more than one site as required.
Main duties
- Liaising with tenants and construction staff regarding construction works.
- Providing support to the production team throughout the construction process.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information at all times.
- Ensuring tenant satisfaction is achieved.
- Communicate and maintain good relationships with the tenants and construction team.
- Have an understanding of the works, programme and scope of works.
Person specification
- Full UK driving licence and use of a car
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Capable of working with a variety of people
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Strong administration skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Flexible attitude to working

DRIVER / STORES OPERATIVE
Location: Greater London
Salary: Competitive
Job Type: Temporary
Thomas Sinden requires a van driver / stores operative to fill a vacancy within the company. Candidates should have a solid delivery driving background, a full clean UK licence, good knowledge of the Greater London area and be physically fit. It would be beneficial for applicants to hold a valid CSCS card as the role will involve general manual work.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30 pm however the successful applicant will be required to be flexible in this respect. This contract is on a temporary basis however, for the right driver this role could be long-term. Remuneration will be based on experience.
