Thomas Sinden genuinely values its people, and offers the continuous professional development (CPD) they need to advance their careers. We provide in-house training and seminars on issues affecting our industry such as new technology, health and safety, legislation and sustainability.

Training is also provided through Construction Skills, the Sector Skills Council which unites construction employers, training providers and the Government in creating a fully trained and skilled workforce for the UK construction industry. Our apprentice scheme funds trainees to study and earn a degree in fields such as Construction Management.
