Assistant Proposals Coordinator
Thomas Sinden Limited has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Proposals Coordinator to join our busy work winning team to support the bid production process.
This is a new role due to growth of our business located at our head office in Harold Wood. Prior experience in a similar role is not a prerequisite – applications from school leavers and graduates would be welcomed. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player who is proficient in producing visually appealing, high-quality documents, have an eye for detail, and be capable of working to strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Preparing presentation documents
• Assisting with management of Company Social Media posts
• Liaison with project teams to gather information
• Assisting with maintenance and update of our work winning library
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Team player
• Attention to detail
